Welcome to my portfolio.
I am a graduate student of Public Administration (MPA) and a public policy researcher focused on developing data-driven and AI-enabled solutions to improve public sector performance, infrastructure resilience, and equitable service delivery. My work integrates quantitative analysis, policy research, and emerging technologies to support evidence-based decision-making in government and public institutions.
I am currently completing my Master of Public Administration at Gannon University, where my research examines artificial intelligence in public service delivery, cybersecurity workforce capacity, sustainable infrastructure, energy management, and community resilience. My work aims to address critical national challenges related to government modernization, resource management, and responsible technology adoption.
In addition to academic research, I contribute to interdisciplinary projects and scholarly publications with growing citation impact. I also hold patented innovations related to security and technology applications.
My long-term goal is to support U.S. public agencies, research institutions, and policy organizations by developing practical, scalable solutions that strengthen governance capacity, improve operational efficiency, and promote sustainable and resilient public systems.
