I am a public policy researcher and Master of Public Administration graduate from Gannon University, focused on AI-enabled governance, data-driven policy analysis, infrastructure resilience, sustainability, and equitable public service delivery.

My academic and research work examines how emerging technologies, evidence-based decision-making, and effective governance systems can improve public sector performance and community outcomes.
